Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Selection criteria for turtle neck syndrome
- •1\) Adults under the age of 65
- •2\) Those whose ear center is 2\.5cm or more in front of the shoulder center
- •3\) Those who have a healthy body and agree to active participation in exercise.
- •2\. Scoliosis selection criteria
- •1\) Youth under the age of 19
- •2\) Those diagnosed with scoliosis
- •3\) Those who have a healthy body and agree to active participation in exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Exclusion criteria for turtle neck syndrome
- •1\) If you disagree
- •2\) Those with musculoskeletal disorders, cognitive disorders, or behavioral disorders that are difficult to perform
- •3\) Those who have experience in surgery within 3 months
- •2\. Exclusion criteria for scoliosis
- •1\) If you disagree
