入选标准
- •1) Diagnosis of Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) according to the modified New York criteria
- •2) Patients taked anti-TNF treatment and maintained clinically stable state (BASDAI < 4)
- •3) Be sedentary (defined as participation in no routine exercise activities)
排除标准
- •1) Inability or unwillingness to participate in physiotherapy
- •2) Patients with cardiac or respiratory disease (esp, Interstitial lung disease, asthma, COPD)
- •3) Pregnancy
- •4) Patients who had been exercising regularly during the past six months
- •5) The current user of MTX, sulfasalzine, steroid is excluded
