入选标准
- •1.Male and female in reproductive age
- •2.Age 18-50 years old
- •3.Severe steatosis : Controlled Attenuation Parameter (CAP) score more than or equal 310 dB/m
- •4.Body Mass Index : BMI = 25-34.9 kg/m2
- •5.Sedentary lifestyle
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy or prepared to pregnancy in 6 months
- •2.CAP score equal or more than 400 dB/m
- •3.Alcoholic fatty liver disease (20 g. in female and 30 g. in male)
- •4.Fibrosis-4 (FIB-4) index equal more than 3.25, NAFLD fibrosis score (NFS) equal or more than 0.67 or liver stiffness measurement (LSM) equal or more than 10 kPa
- •5.Other liver deseases included hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), autoimmune liver disease, celiac disease, genetic disorders such as Wilson's disease, and alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, hepatic malignancies, hepatobiliary infections, and biliary tract disease
- •6.Cardiac abnormalities detected by resting EKG and during exercise stress test with 12-lead EKG such as ischemic heart disease or other abnormalities that may be affected to exercise or did not pass the exercise stress test
- •7.High blood pressure during exercise stress test (more than 250/115 mmHg)
- •8.Injury or pain affected to exercise training
- •9.There are risks/contraindications for testing such as myocardial ischemia of at least 6 weeks, uncontrolled arrhythmia, etc.
- •10.Use drugs or supplements such as vitamin E, pioglitazone and liraglutide (if used, stop more than 3 months)
- •11.Diabetes mellitus with insulin injection
