入选标准
- •* Patients aged 8-17 years with the clinical diagnosis of OCD based on a semi-structured clinical interview (DCL-ZWA; Döpfner & Görtz-Dorten, 2017)
- •* Obsessions occur in the domestic setting and can be audiovisual observed
- •*Value of the CY-BOCS-ratingscale <=16 (moderate OCD-serverity)
- •* Preliminary OCD
- •* Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and ERP are indicated
- •* if there is an OCD-related medication, no change of dosage is expected (clinical rating); pharmacotherapy is conducted independently
- •* patients and parents agree with ERP via online-coaching (informed consent)
- •* patients have WLAN at home

- •* Pervasive developmental disorder
- •*Personality disorder
- •*Psychosis or other preliminary disorder
- •* Changes which indicate an inpatient treatment
