入选标准
- •1. Patients of osteoarthritis undergoing unilateral Total Knee Replacement.
- •2. Age group: 18-85 years.
- •3. ASA grade I-III.
- •4. Written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal or noncompliance
- •2. Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •3. Previous surgery on the same knee
- •4. Obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
- •5. Severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary diseases
- •6. Morbid hepatic or cardiac dysfunction
- •7. Unregulated DM, HTN, COPD
- •8. Clinical or laboratory evidence of infection
- •9. Coagulation disorders
- •10. Hemodynamically unstable patients
