1. Patients of osteoarthritis undergoing unilateral Total Knee Replacement.
2. Age group: 18-85 years.
3. ASA grade I-III.
4. Written informed consent.
1. Patient refusal or noncompliance
2. Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
3. Previous surgery on the same knee
4. Obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
5. Severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary diseases
6. Morbid hepatic or cardiac dysfunction
7. Unregulated DM, HTN, COPD
8. Clinical or laboratory evidence of infection
9. Coagulation disorders
10. Hemodynamically unstable patients
