- •- Overweight or obese (BodyMassIndex=85percentile)
- •- If subjects have obtained the consent of themself and their guardian
- •- Subjects or guardians owns a smartphone based on Android
排除标准
- •- If the intervetion program on this protocol is not possible due to illness, etc.
- •- If subjects have difficulty communicating
- •- If symptomatic obesity requires medical treatment due to secondary obesity (except type 2 diabetes)
