入选标准
- •1. Major abdominal or thoracic surgery
- •2. Plan for thoracic epidural catheter insertion
- •3. ASA physical status I-III
排除标准
- •1. Patients refuse to have epidural catheter and to participate the study
- •2. Patients having contraindication of epidural catheter insertion
- •2.1 Coagulopathy or taking anticoagulation drugs
- •2.2 Hemodynamic instability
- •2.3 Increase intracranial pressure
- •2.4 Infection at the back
- •3. Patients have severe cardiopulmonary disease
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •6. Allergy to local anesthetic drugs
