Patients of sepsis as per standard criteria laid down in sepsis guidelines 2016(sepsis 3) with hypoalbuminemia.
Patients with chronic liver disease and chronic kidney disease Expected length of hospital stay is less then 3 days Evidence of fluid overload Patients of burns and trauma Immunocompromised status Patients of anaphylaxis and adrenal insufficiency Malnourishment and malabsorption.
