Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Surgery and treatment during the study period
- •\- Surgically treatable rotator cuff tear
- •\- Consent to participate in the study
- •\- Follow\-up care at the University Hospital Augsburg or at the Orthopedic Specialist Center or MVZ at Vincentinum
- •\- Legal capacity to consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Pre\-existing shoulder injuries / previous surgery (on the affected shoulder)
- •\- Multiple injuries that hinder the mobilization of the shoulder
- •\- Conditions that limit the use of the app or the understanding of the follow\-up care (e.g., dementia or similar)
- •\- Lack of availability of digital devices (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.)
