- •Persons who have performed long-term meditation at least six months.
- •- Persons who can hear explanations or read, understand, and voluntarily participate in research
- •- Persons who are able to perform physical activities that can be checked visually without physical disability and follow the motions
- •- Persons who can hear and understand without hearing problems, cognitive impairment, and can explain their opinions.
排除标准
- •-Persons whose meditation period is less than six months.
- •-Persons who have problems with listening to explanations or reading and understanding.
- •-One who can't follow the motions due to physical disability.
- •-One who has trouble hearing and understanding because of hearing impairment and cognitive impairment.
- •-A person who is difficult to articulate about his or her own.
