Inclusion Criteria

Patients diagnosed with OA knee stage IV undergoing Unilateral TKA surgery at Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital and Sri Gan hospital as Royal Thai Air Force Medical Department between April 1, 2018 and December 31, 2020. The experiment collected data on sample patients aged from 50 to 80 years, determined ASA physical status classification consisting of ASA1, ASA2 and ASA3, and classified as no motor impairment condition such as Parkinsons disease, and Stroke.

Exclusion Criteria

Drug allergy
Abnormal coagulation
Change from Spinal to General Anesthesia
