This study represented that MABD can use to help improve nutritional status in malnourished patients who required enteral feeding as the efficacy and safety are not significant differences compare to standard formula which already uses in clinical practice.

Inclusion Criteria

1.Age over 18 years old
2.The patients with enteral tube feeding in Thammasat University Hospital
3.Nutrition Alert Form (NAF) score more than 6 (NAF B or NAF C)

Exclusion Criteria

1.BMI more than 22.9 kg/m2
2.Patients with Diabetes Mellitus
3.Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
4.Patients with Cirrhosis
5.Critically ill patient
6.Patients with soy allergy
7.Malnutriton
8.Refeeding syndrome
9.Pragnant
10.Palliative Care Patients
11.Non consent volunteer
