1. Patients with clinical sign and symptoms of Ardhavbhedaka (ardhshirovedana, bhru-shankha vedana, shastra vata vedana, manya vedana, karna akshi lalat vedana) or Migraine.
2. Patients fit for Virechana karma and Nasya karma.
3. Patient willing to participate in trial and follow up with a signed informed consent.
1. Patients with severe systemic disorders as Uncontrolled hypertension, Cardiac problem, Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, Paralysis, Malignant Diseases.
2. Patients of Sinusitis.
3 Headache due to any organic lesion.
4. Headache due to injuries.
5. Headache due to any chronic systemic disease.
