Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Difficulty falling asleep at night, waking up during the night
- •2. Daytime tiredness
- •3. Irritability
- •4. Ongoing worries about sleep
- •5. Waking up too early, not feeling well-rested after a night sleep
- •6. Insomnia severity index scale levels from 8 to 21 will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- •2. Pregnancy and lactation
- •3. Malignancy
- •4. Drug addicts
- •5. Thyroid dysfunction
- •6. Chronic renal failure
- •7. Gastrointestinsal disorder
- •8. Neurological disease
- •9. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
- •10.Coronary disease
- •11. Any psychiatric conditions
