1. Inclusion criteria for patients with wind-like pass were: 18-65 years old; According to the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatology (EULAR) classification criteria for wind-like classification; The syndromes of Chinese medicine accord with the syndrome of cold-dampness blockage and the syndrome of hot-dampness blockage; Signed informed consent.
2. Inclusion criteria for ankylosing spondylitis: 18-65 years old; Compliance with the New York Standards for Ankylosing Spondylitis Revised 1984; The syndromes of Chinese medicine accord with the syndrome of cold-dampness blockage; Signed informed consent.
3. Inclusion criteria for osteoarthritis: 18-65 years old; In accordance with the 1991 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification of osteoarthritis standards; The TCM syndromes accord with the syndrome of cold-dampness blockage; Signed informed consent.
1. With other rheumatic diseases (such as SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, etc.);
2. Extrarticular manifestations of severe patients (such as high fever, multiple rheumatoid nodules, interstitial pneumonia, etc.);
3. patients with cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases;
4. patients with severe infection, organ failure or malignant tumor;
5. pregnant or lactating women;
6. patients with a history of mental illness and cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate.
