简要总结
The study entitled"Epidemiological spectrum of viromes among pediatric population with hemato-lymphoid malignancies" will be conducted at Dept.of Microbiology,Maulana Azad Medical College,in collaboration with Department of Pediatric Medicine and Pathology,Maulana Azad Medical College.Only after proper consent bone marrow aspirate,lymph node aspirate/biopsy,biopsy,blood,saliva,urine will be taken for RT-PCR as a part of diagnosis.Further,on isolation of virus from any suspected cases,it will be subjected to "Next Generation Sequencing" of the virus.This study will be beneficial for the patients in establishing microbiological diagnosis of the disease.

- •Children aged 1 month to 12 years Children whose bone marrow and lymph node biopsy/aspirate are done as a part of routine diagnostic procedure.

- The association between the presence of viromes to that of virus specific antibody for Epstein Barr Virus,Parvovirus B19,Cytomegalovirus,Hepatitis B,Hepatitis C and Varicella Zoster Virus in the children will be obtained(1 year)
- The utility of the peripheral blood for identification of viromes when compared with invasive specimen(BM/LN biopsy/aspirate)is known.(1 year)
