- •1) Nurses working for at least one year in different areas of the hospital where patients with life-limiting conditions will be admitted.
- •2) Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent.
排除标准
- •1) Nurses with mental health issues and or taking psychiatric medication.
- •2) Experienced nurses with prior exposure to palliative care.
- •3) Participants failing to complete the study intervention.
- •4) Failure to obtain consent.
