Exclusively odontogenic abscesses
Clinical signs of inflammation of an abscess
adult and healthy patients of both sexes with dentogenic abscess
General illnesses for which an antibiosis is indicated (endocarditis, immunosuppression, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, radiation, chemotherapy, antiresorptive medication
Abscesses with a tendency to spread (trismus, difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in breathing,V.angularis pressure dolence)
Patients who, due to the medical indication, must formally change from group 2 to 1 within the study period
