- •documented risk for developing a pressure injury; documented information of the patient about this risk
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Patient not able to speak German
- •- Disorientation towards time, situation, person, location or being congntively limited
- •- Patient treated on intensive care unit
- •- End-of-life care
