1. Patients will be referred for prosthodontic rehabilitation after being planned for mandibulectomy, having age group of 18 years and above will be enrolled, irrespective of gender and the cause of cancer.
2. Giving positive informed consent.
3. Showing compliance for required visits during the study.
4. Patients with non-resected maxilla.
5. Patients with at least 3 or 4 posterior teeth on each jaw.
6. Mandibulectomy patients classified as class 2 and class 3 up to midline according to Cantor and Curtis
7. Patients should have no or partial glossectomy.
1. Completely edentulous arch.
2. Physical and mental disability that would interfere with the study.
3. Patients not willing to undergo prosthodontic treatment.
4. Patient with complete glossectomy
