Inclusion Criteria
1.asthmatic children aged 2 to 15 years who developed asthma exacerbations at the ED of Buddhasothorn Hospital between January 2018 and December 2020
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients had underlying chronic diseases bronchopulmonary dysplasia (interstitial lung disease, congenital heart disease, or congenital anomalies), 2. Patients who had received systemic corticosteroids within 28 days before each episode of acute asthma
