Name Time Method Primary Outcome Parameter: Reduction of waiting time until contact with a doctor<br>The time spent waiting until a doctor is successfully contacted will be documented after every unplanned need for medical attention (this means every medical question that requires a doctor after hours). This will be documented on a survey form to be filled out by the nurse. The documentation includes whom the nurse tried to contact (general practitioner, on-call doctor service, emergency services) and when this contact has been successfully estabilshed, aswell as which consequences resulted from the consultation.
