Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Having informed written consent to participate in the study
  • Having an age of over 60 years
  • Lack of speech, hearing, and vision disorders
  • Ability to communicate
  • No history of psychiatric disorders according to the accompanying patient
  • The absence of employment of a patient or a family member in the medical sciences group
  • Resident of Kashan city
  • Obtaining a score of 8 or higher on(AMTS) (Abbreviated Mental Test Score)
  • Scoring 6 or less on the elderly depression scale(GDS\-11\) (Geriatric Depression Scale )

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient's refusal in the middle of the study to participate in the trial
  • Patient's death
  • Rehospitalization
  • Performing (coronary artery bypass grafting) (CABG)
