- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Experiment group participants are expected to increase their performance in the Categorization Work Memory Test Span. As long as the active control group maintains its performance in this test.<br>It is also expected that the experimental group that performed 6 training sessions shows superior performance in the Categorization Work Memory Test Span than the experimental group that did 3 training sessions.;Number of losses throughout the study: 208 older adults people were recruted by telephone. 63 did not want to participate in the study or did not meet the criteria for inclusion. 18 did not attend all the training sessions, 7 did not make all the evaluations, leaving 120 seniors.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Backward Digit Span task, Letter Number Sequencing, and Spatial Span Indirect Search Symbols, Forward Digit Span task, Spatial Span direct order, Stroop test, and Test of Matrix.<br>The experimental group is expected to improve on these variables after the training sessions. It is also expected that the experimental group that performed 6 training sessions showed a higher performance in these tests when compared to the experimental group of 3 sessions.<br>Control groups are expected to maintain performance for these tests.
