1. Both sex
2. Age group between 20-70 years
3. Class I, II&IIa (III) as per Canadian Cardiovascular Society grading of angina pectoris
4.CAC Scoring < 400/ <90 percentile
5. ECG- T wave inverted without Q wave / ST elevation
6.Stress TMT- Positive
7. Angiography- <60% occlusion in any of the coronary artery
8. Those are able to give written consent
1.Renal insufficiency (S. Creatinine > 2 mg/dl, Blood Urea > 40 mg/dl)
2.â?•2D ECHO showing the presence of any valvular heart disease
3.Tachycardia( >160/min)/ Ventricular arrhythmia
4. Low Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF < 40%)
4.â?•Positive Troponin Test
5.CT Angiography lesion > 60%
6.â?•CPK-MB > 5%
7. Prolonged or traumatic cardiovascular resuscitation
8. Previous Coronary Intervention (within 3 months) or any bypass surgery
9. Ischemic Cerebral stroke within past one months
10. Peripheral arterial diseases
11. Recent Head trauma or known intracranial neoplasm
12. Suspected aortic dissection
13. Prolonged chest pain ( > 30mints) associated with vomiting and syncope
14. Chest pain with vagotonia (bradycardia, pallor, and syncope)
15. Haemorrhagic stroke within past one month
16. Diabetic haemorrhagic retinopathy or other haemorrhagicopthalamic conditions.
17. Recorded uncontrolled Blood Pressure >180/100mmHg in three consecutive readings
18. Active peptic ulcer
19. Significant liver dysfunction
20.â?•Raised Prothrombin time, Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time
21.â?•Heart failure (Brain Natriuretic Peptide > 2 times)
22. Active bleeding, Known bleeding diathesis or current use of anticoagulant
23. BMI <18
24. All VirechanAnarha patients as mentioned in Ch. Si 2/11 will be excluded
VirechanAnarha are Subhag, Kshatgud, Muktanal, Adhog Raktapitta, Vilanghit,Durbal, Alpagni, Adivya nirudhaka, Ajirna, Nawajwar, Madatyay, Aadhman, Shalyadrit, Atisnigdha, Atiruksha, Krurkoshtha, Urahkshat, Kshina, Atisthul, Atikrusha, Garbhini.
Any other case if investigator feels could not include in the study during the course of study
