Inclusion Criteria
Women submitted to breast cancer surgery including axillary linfadenectomy, attending physical therapy three times a week, more than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
Women with breast implant, bilateral mastectomy, skin lesions or infeccions on arm, active infectious processes (erysipelas) and breast reconstruction with use of large dorsal and abdominal rectus muscles, breast reconstruction.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The physiotherapeutic approach will allow a 70% improvement in shoulder range of motion, assessed by goniometry, 80% decrease in pain assessed by VAE and a 60% increase in functional performance assessed by DASH after the surgical procedure for the treatment of breast cancer.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quality of life will be greatly improved in aspects related to the scales of function and symptom scale of the EORTC QLQ BR23 questionnaire, increasing the scores by 30%.<br>
