The inclusion criteria for the undergraduate students from the chosen faculties offering bachelor courses in University Putra Malaysia during the academic session 2022/2023 to be included in this study were:
1) Students aged 18 to 24 years old
2) Full-time students
3) Malaysian citizen
4) Willing to complete pre-and post-assessments and participate in 3 months post-intervention or control group.
1. Undergraduate students who self-report to have a known psychiatric problem and under follow-up
