Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria for the undergraduate students from the chosen faculties offering bachelor courses in University Putra Malaysia during the academic session 2022/2023 to be included in this study were:
- •1\) Students aged 18 to 24 years old
- •2\) Full\-time students
- •3\) Malaysian citizen
- •4\) Willing to complete pre\-and post\-assessments and participate in 3 months post\-intervention or control group.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Undergraduate students who self\-report to have a known psychiatric problem and under follow\-up
