入选标准
- •-Abstinent time 2-7 days
- •-Total motile sperm count at least 39M from manual semen analysis
- •-Normal volume from ejaculation (at least 1.5 ml)
- •-Concentration 2 - 60 M/ml
- •-Informed and consent
排除标准
- •-Unable to ejaculation by himself
- •-History of varicocele, testicular surgeries including vasectomy
- •-BMI more than 30 kg/m2
- •-Alcohol drink at least 3 times/week for 1 year
- •-Smoking at least 10 pack year or cessation less than 1 year
- •-Underlying medical conditions; DM type2, chromosomal abnormality
- •-History of cancer or previous chemotherapy/radiation
