- •1.Patients undergoing routine office rigid
- •cystoscopy of age between 18-80yrs.
- •2.Patients undergoing cystoscopy for ureteral JJ
- •stent removal.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with symptoms of active/untreated
- •2.Patients showing growth in urine culture done
- •prior to cystoscopy.
- •3.High risk patients-DM,Immunosuppressed,CKD
- •4.Patients with indwelling urethral catheters/
- •stricture urethra undergoing manipulation/
- •5.Patients with hypersensitivity and or any
- •contraindications to nitrofurantoin.
