入排标准
入选标准
- •a) All patients above 18 years
- •b) History of non traumatic shoulder stiffness for more than 4 weeks
- •c) No detectable shoulder pathology in radiograph
- •d) No evidence of rotator cuff tear on USG or MRI
- •e) No history of pre-existing diabetes mellitus
- •f) No history of pre-existing hypothyroidism
排除标准
- •a) Patients below 18 years
- •b) History of Inflammatory Arthropathy
- •c) History of ipsilateral shoulder trauma ( fracture and/or dislocation)
- •d) Patients with overlying skin infection over the shoulder
