Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •a) All patients above 18 years
  • •b) History of non traumatic shoulder stiffness for more than 4 weeks
  • •c) No detectable shoulder pathology in radiograph
  • •d) No evidence of rotator cuff tear on USG or MRI
  • •e) No history of pre\-existing diabetes mellitus
  • •f) No history of pre\-existing hypothyroidism

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a) Patients below 18 years
  • •b) History of Inflammatory Arthropathy
  • •c) History of ipsilateral shoulder trauma ( fracture and/or dislocation)
  • •d) Patients with overlying skin infection over the shoulder
