Inclusion Criteria

All patients undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery to reconstruction ACL referred to Rasool Akram; age from 18 to 50 yearsold; ASA 1 and 2; no coagulation disorders; absence of infection at the injection site; no neurological damage in the lower limb; insensitivity to local anesthetics; BMI <35; having mental disorders patient acceptance and no drug addiction.

Primary Outcome Measures

Post operative pain. Timepoint: Immediately after block in the recovery unit, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: VAS Score.
Secondary Outcome Measures
