Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery to reconstruction ACL referred to Rasool Akram; age from 18 to 50 yearsold; ASA 1 and 2; no coagulation disorders; absence of infection at the injection site; no neurological damage in the lower limb; insensitivity to local anesthetics; BMI <35; having mental disorders patient acceptance and no drug addiction.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Post operative pain. Timepoint: Immediately after block in the recovery unit, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: VAS Score.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Amount of IV analgesic. Timepoint: The total dose 24 hours after the blockage. Method of measurement: Mililiter(cc).
