入选标准
- •1) Healthy patients who are categorized in ASA classifications I and II (American Society for Anesthesiologists)
- •2) age between 18-60 years
- •3) non-smoker
- •4) free from systemic or local infection
- •5) Dose not have taken anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic drugs for at least 2 weeks before the operation
排除标准
- •1) pregnancy or lactating women
- •2) Has habits that disturb wound healing
- •3) allergy or has adverse effects from drugs that will be used in this study
- •4) surgical extraction or excessive trauma
- •5) operation time longer than 1 hour
- •6) a buccolingual dimension of wound less than 5mm
