Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. patients with systolic blood pressure more than or equal to 160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure more than or equal to 110 mmHg
- •2. single or multiple pregnancy
- •3. gestational age >24 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. patients who did not consent
- •2. any known allergy to drugs used (hydralazine and labetalol)
