Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •volunteers with age of 18 and 60, both men and women, have been practicing street racing for at least a year, accustomed to running more than 10 km continuously, to practice at least twice a week and not to have had muscle in last 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not having heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, musculoskeletal diseases in the lower limbs in the last six months, without presence of cutaneous lesions in the region of the quadriceps muscle, not presenting severe metabolic or respiratory disorders, cramp, during the evaluation
