Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age between18\-60 years
  • mTNS score \> 5
  • Brief fatigue inventory score of \< 8\- 20
  • Strength of the ankle dorsiflexors, evertors and invertors \> 2/5 by Manual muscle
  • Berg balance scale score of more than 20

Exclusion Criteria

  • Given contraindication for WBV(instable osteolysis, acute thrombosis, foot
  • ulcers, fracture of lower extremity in last 2years)
  • Amputation Lower limb
  • Abnormality of range of motion at the ankle that would prevent participation
  • Central nervous system dysfunction (hemiparesis, myelopathy, cerebellar ataxia)
  • Angina and other cardiac conditions
  • Bed ridden cancer patients
