Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age between18\-60 years
  • •mTNS score \> 5
  • •Brief fatigue inventory score of \< 8\- 20
  • •Strength of the ankle dorsiflexors, evertors and invertors \> 2/5 by Manual muscle
  • •Berg balance scale score of more than 20

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Given contraindication for WBV(instable osteolysis, acute thrombosis, foot
  • •ulcers, fracture of lower extremity in last 2years)
  • •Amputation Lower limb
  • •Abnormality of range of motion at the ankle that would prevent participation
  • •Central nervous system dysfunction (hemiparesis, myelopathy, cerebellar ataxia)
  • •Angina and other cardiac conditions
  • •Bed ridden cancer patients
