  • •2\.upper trapezius spam
  • •3\.Students having neck pain with upper Trapezius trigger point
  • •4\.Being non athletic
  • •5\.restricted Cervical ROM

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Cervical Radiculopathy
  • •2\.Healing fractures over neck and upper back
  • •3\.Dermatitis over upper back
  • •4\.H/O Clotting disorder
  • •5\.Wound over neck region
  • •6\.H/O Shoulder pathology
