2.upper trapezius spam
3.Students having neck pain with upper Trapezius trigger point
4.Being non athletic
5.restricted Cervical ROM
Exclusion Criteria
1.Cervical Radiculopathy
2.Healing fractures over neck and upper back
3.Dermatitis over upper back
4.H/O Clotting disorder
5.Wound over neck region
6.H/O Shoulder pathology
