Inclusion Criteria
The patients who will undergo surgery under general anesthesia
20-65 years old
American society of anesthesiologists class I or II
Exclusion Criteria
The patients who reject to participate in this study
Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease
Body mass index over 30
Risk of aspiration
Pregnant patient
Three or more risk factors for difficult mask ventilation as identified by Langeron et al.
