入选标准
- •South Asians from India, Nepal, or Pakistan;
- •have a smartphone and can communicate in English, Hindi, Urdu, or Nepali;
- •are not receiving other interventions concerning self-management of health;
- •are willing and able to provide written informed consent in English, Hindi, Urdu, or Nepali’s versions.
排除标准
- •Patients with diagnosed cognitive impairments will be excluded
