入选标准

  • 1) 18 years and older
  • 2) Acute promyelocytic leukemia confirmed by t(15;17) karyotype or molecular marker such as PML-RARa
  • 3) Acute promyelocytic leukemia in first hematological remission after induction chemotherapy followed by at least 2 consolidation chemotherapy
  • 4) Patients with available WT1 expression results until 6 months after finishing last consolidation therapy

排除标准

  • 1) Under 18 years old
  • 2) Hematological malignancies without an evidence of t(15;17) karyotype or molecular marker such as PML-RARa
  • 3) Acute promyelocytic leukemia in treatment failure after induction chemotherapy
  • 4) Patients without available WT1 expression results

Efficacy of WT1-peptide vaccination for remission maintenance in patients with acute myeloid leukemia: A controlled phase II trial - WT1-peptide studyacute myeloid leukemiaPatients with acute myeloid leukemia in 1st or 2nd CR or leukemia-free state are eligible for this study. Patients in 1st CR must have unfavorable prognostic factors.
