this study is a open label parallel group trial comparing the two Ayurveda treatment regimes in *Ekakustha.*in one group vaman with Krutvedhan Churan will be given followed by Virechan with Abhyadi Modak and Panchatikta Panchaprasrittika Basti. in another group Vaman with Madanphal Churan will be given followed by Virechan with Abhyadi Modak and PanchatiktaPanchaprasrittika Basti .the trial will be conducted in ch. brahm prakash ayurved charak sansthan india.with primary outcome of improvement in PASI SCORE and secondary outcome in symptoms of Ekakustha.

入选标准
- •Patient showing sign and symptoms of Ekakushtha in Charak Samhita and Psoriasis Diagnosis on the basis of Modern classics.
- •Patient within the age group of 20-50 years.
- •Disease duration >1 year.
- •Patients not taking corticosteroids since last 3 months.
排除标准
- •1.Age below the age is 20 year and above the age 50yr.
- •2.Patients of hypertension, tuberculosis, carcinoma, other life–threatening and complicated disease and major systemic illnesses.
- •3.Severe condition of Psoriasis like Psoriatic arthritis.
- •4.Disease duration < 1 year.
- •5.Patients on treatment with any conventional oral medicines for last one month.
- •6.Pregnant & lactating mother.
