入选标准
- •All newborns with gestational age >=32 weeks and birth weight >=1000g will be screened for possible sepsis if they present beyond 24 hr. of age with one or more of the following clinical signs -
- •1. history of feeding difficulty,
- •2. movement only when stimulated,
- •3. temperature < 35.5oC or >=37.5oC,
- •4. respiratory rate over 60 breaths per minute,
- •5. severe chest in drawing and
- •6. history of convulsions
排除标准
- •1. Meconium aspiration syndrome
- •2. Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
- •3. Neonates requiring surgery
- •4. CNS malformation
- •5. Metabolic disorders
- •6. Chromosomal abnormalities
