Inclusion Criteria

1. Healthcare workers (doctors or nursing staff) of JIPMER, Pondicherry

2. Age between 18 to 60 years

Exclusion Criteria

1. Those who are regular practitioners of pranayama or meditation, defined as practicing any method of pranayama or meditation or both for at least 50% of days in the last 1 month period

2. Those who are having symptoms of moderate or severe Influenza-Like Illness at present

3. Those who are already diagnosed to have COVID infection

4. Those who have pre-existing severe mental illnesses such as Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia

5. Participants who have been diagnosed to have tuberculosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Chronic sinusitis 6. Severe sleep problems defined as less than 3 hours of sleep everyday for the preceding 7 days 7. Those whose spouse is also participating, either one will be recruited for the study by random selection.
