入选标准
- •Patients who required intubation and mechanical ventilation at least 48 hours and were over 18 years of age
排除标准
- •Patients die before or during weaning
- •Patients are transferred to another ward or another hospital
- •Patients have an unplanned extubation before or during weaning eg accidental or self extubation
- •Patients undergo a tracheostomy before or during weaning
- •Patients cannot press on handgrip device
- •Patients who are on treatment with vasopressor or inotrope
- •Patients who require re intubation
