Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Having at least 3 years of cohabitation.
•Ability to participate in meetings as two people.
•Age range 20 to 35 years.

Exclusion Criteria

•Suffering from severe medical or mental disorders
•The person is undergoing psychotherapy with another method.
•Action and involvement in the divorce process.
•Marital infidelity in the first years after marriage.
