Inclusion Criteria
Idiopathic clubfoot treated by Ponseti method.
Age >1month and <2yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
Syndromic clubfoot
Recurrent clubfoot or previously operated for clubfoot
Had a previous dose of botulinum toxin.
Patients not willing to give consent and follow up
