Inclusion Criteria

1. Adult patients:18-65 years of age

2. ASA Grade I and Grade II

3. Patient posted for elective Transnasal trans-sphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumors

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of previous pituitary surgery

2. Patients with GCS less than 15

3. Patients with psychiatric disorders with history of any drug abuse

4. Poorly controlled Hypertension/Diabetes Mellitus

5. Ischemic heart disease

6. Pituitary apoplexy

7. History of allergy to any of the planned anaesthetic medications for the study.
