Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for modified radical mastectomy suregeries
- •ASA I ASA II ASA III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •2\)Patient refusal
- •3\)Contraindications to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, use of any anti\-coagulants, infection at the site of injection)
- •4\)Patients on beta\-blockers
- •5\)Severe kidney disease, liver disease , seizure disorder and cardiovascular disease
- •6\)Chest wall deformity or pathology
