- •Patients posted for modified radical mastectomy suregeries
- •ASA I ASA II ASA III
排除标准
- •1)Known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •2)Patient refusal
- •3)Contraindications to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, use of any anti-coagulants, infection at the site of injection)
- •4)Patients on beta-blockers
- •5)Severe kidney disease, liver disease , seizure disorder and cardiovascular disease
- •6)Chest wall deformity or pathology
